Bill Wielgus served as oboist for the National Symphony Orchestra from 1990 to 2017 and is presently on the oboe faculty of American University. He is actively involved in a project to research, commission, perform, and record music from South America, and regularly performs in Peru, Brazil, and Uruguay. This FREE recital is not to be missed!
