This delightful movement from Tchaikovsky’s “The Seasons” has been arranged for solo oboe with piano accompaniment. The oboe and piano switch off the melody to allow for time to breath, while piano plays light chords underneath the opening melody. It is written in the original key of Bflat Major, with a range of C#4-Bb5 in the oboe. Sensible slurs and phrasings have been included throughout.
