This arrangement of "In the Hall of the Mountain King" from Peer Gynt Suite is for the advancing ensemble. It is in the key of B minor and follows the road map of the original piece. The first violins have been moved down an octave in places, with horns and other winds being covered by lower strings and piano in some places. Thoughtful bowings and dynamics have been included throughout, as well as rehearsal letters. This is sure to be both an audience and performer favorite as part of any program!
