This classy rag by Elma Ney McClure has been arranged for the intermediate pianist. It is written in the original key of G Major with a modulation to G minor for the B section and features simplified left hand stride playing, as well as some fun octave jumps. Not much is known about this composer, but this appears to be her only composition, published around 1909 in Tennessee. This is the perfect solo for students looking to get into the style of ragtime, without the complications!
